To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, we cannot take the item back.
For a full refund, return claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we can only offer an exchange for store credit. Store credit will be issued as gift card via email. Gift cards never expire.
Please note that if your item was bought during a sale and/or with a discount, the amount spent at time of purchase will be the amount credited. Store credit cannot be combined with a current or previous sale or discount code.
*If item is damaged or defective upon delivery, customer must submit claim within 3 days of receiving the item.

- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of delivery.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts, items marked Final Sale, gift cards or promotional items are not returnable!
*Custom made and print items are ineligible for returns.
Are there any charges for return?
- There is a $5.00 charge for return shipping.
- This fee will be deducted from your refund and a shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
