Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders via phone. Currently only orders can be made via our online website.

We do not provide Express shipping at the moment. All orders will be delivered using Standard Shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.

As a result of COVID-19 challenges, shipping carriers are experiencing an increase in package volume. This may result in delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.

Yes, you can! (We hate when that happens, too.) If you receive an item that does not fit you correctly, you may submit a return within 15 days after you received it here.
**Item must be returned in original condition with tags (if applicable) still attached.

Creating a return is easy! You can submit a return or exchange request here.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please note that the time it can take to appear in your bank/credit account can vary according to the institution. However, feel free to email us if you still have questions.

Unfortunately, our system is set up so that we can only apply one Promo Code per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for use on your next order!

Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.

While we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase.
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

You may wish to check your spam/junk box as it may be filtered by your email provider. Otherwise, a spelling mistake in your email address could be the reason that you did not receive a confirmation email. Please contact us if you want to be sure that your order was successfully placed and is being processed.

Since we process orders as quickly as possible, we unfortunately cannot amend any order details or the delivery address even if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
