Placing an Order

Unfortunately we are not able to take orders via phone. Currently, orders can only be made via our online website.

Our system is set up so that only one Promo Code per order may be applied. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for use on your next order!

Since we process orders as quickly as possible, we cannot amend any order details or the delivery address even if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once you’ve received your order, you may return any unwanted items for a refund. For more information on our Return Policy, please click here.

You may wish to check your spam/junk box as it may be filtered by your email provider. Otherwise, a spelling mistake in your email address could be the reason that you did not receive a confirmation email. Please contact us if you want to be sure that your order was successfully placed and is being processed.

While we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website, from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase.

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and
dispatch the rest of the order.

Shipping Policy

You will get an automated email once your order has been shipped out.

While most of our items are delivered within 3-8 business days, some items that are shipped from our overseas suppliers may take between 7 & 14 business days.

**Please note that some orders may be sent in multiple packages with separate dispatch emails and tracking information.

We do not provide Express shipping at this time. All orders will be delivered using Standard Shipping.

As a result of COVID-19 challenges, shipping carriers are experiencing an increase in package volume. This may result in delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.

While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, please contact us so that we may assist in locating the lost package.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. But, we're working on it! We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates to when international orders will be available.

Because some of our items are fulfilled overseas, some shipping partners use different tracking systems that are unable to update during all points of transit. Depending on issues like Covid-19, weather or other causes, this may cause unforeseen delays. Please be assured your package is still on its way but feel free to contact us with any questions as we may be able to track a more accurate status of your shipment.

Return Policy

Creating a return is easy!
You can submit a return or exchange request here.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 10 working days.
Please note that the time it can take to appear in your bank/credit account can vary according to the institution.

Yes, you can! (We hate when that happens, too.) If you receive an item that does not fit you correctly, you may submit a return within 7 days after you received it here.

**Item must be returned in original condition with tags (if applicable) still attached.

However, if you need assistance in finding the correct size, please refer to our detailed size guide here or send us an email and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.

Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible (within 7 days) and a team member will be happy to assist you. Also, please provide us with pictures of the defect for better visibility.

While we aim to be as accurate as possible, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, videos or other product related content on are wholly accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
